Exchange Policy
- No Refunds: We strictly do not offer refunds for any purchases.
- Exchange-Only Policy: Exchanges are permitted exclusively for parcels received in a damaged or non-functional condition.
- No Change of Mind: Requests for exchanges due to a change of mind will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- Parcel Opening Video: A detailed, uninterrupted video of the parcel being opened is mandatory for processing claims.
- Submission Deadline: Exchange requests must be submitted within 4 working days of receiving your order.
Processing Time
- All claims will undergo verification and will be resolved within 3 to 4 working days.
- Once approved, your replacement parcel will be dispatched promptly.
